Polis/Latchi

An open and slightly remote beach situated in the town of Argaka (8km outside Polis) suits all levels of learning abilities. 

 

In the winter season there are some amazing wave riding conditions that have to be taken advantage of.

 

This spot is best suited with North & South west winds but also benefits from the summer sea breeze.

 

There are no facilities at this location but a very nice Irish Pub (The Fly Again) can accommodate most peoples needs. With a great terrace and fantastic views it's well worth the visit.

The island has a wide offering of kitesurfing spots which all come good in various wind directions. 

 

We can arrange to go further a field for a small fuel supplement so that you can enjoy different locations.

 

These beaches are
 

Potima Bay - Nasty Rip current but great for kiting alongside a main road for all those posers...

 

Avidmou - Quite a shallow beach but benefits from an early sea breeze in the summer months

 

Paramali - One of the main kitesurfing beaches with a long wide sand surface - Be careful you don't get caught up in other peoples lines. - No facilities available

 

Curium - A great big wave spot for the more advanced riders.  The beach gets packed in the summer months with sunbathers and walkers - Beach Restaurant 

 

Ladies Mile - Waist deep water which goes out for about 300 yards great for learning but only good with Easterly winds
